• Own the full sales cycle identifying, targeting, and securing net new nonprofit customers by understanding their unique challenges. • Drive growth within existing accounts by uncovering opportunities for deeper adoption, cross-functional implementation, and user expansion. • Create lasting relationships with nonprofit leaders and decision-makers establishing trust and demonstrating Canva value as a long-term partner in their mission.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be sales-driven with proven experience driving net new business and growing existing accounts ideally within SaaS, technology, or nonprofit-focused industries. • Have an understanding of the nonprofit sector with knowledge of nonprofit challenges, goals, and decision-making processes. • Have consultative sales expertise with strong discovery skills to uncover customer pain points and craft tailored solutions presenting clear ROI and value. • Be an excellent communicator able to convey complex ideas simply and effectively tailoring messaging to diverse audiences from end-users to C-suite leaders. • Be a collaborator skilled at working in cross-functional environments and leveraging internal resources. • Bring strategic thinking to your work with proficiency in account planning and execution. • Be data-literate and comfortable using data to identify trends, measure success, and refine your approach. • Be motivated and adaptable, a self-starter with a growth mindset.

• Have direct experience selling into the nonprofit or charity sector. • Have experience with SaaS or design tool products. • Have experience with enterprise-level account management. • Have experience with public sector sales more broadly including education or government.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure net new nonprofit customers positioning Canva as the solution of choice. • Partner with existing nonprofit customers to uncover opportunities for deeper adoption and user expansion. • Develop and implement tailored strategies to achieve sales goals, drive logo acquisition, and maximise value delivered to nonprofits. • Engage with nonprofit leaders and decision-makers to establish trust and demonstrate long-term value. • Conduct discovery sessions and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to nonprofit organisations. • Analyse account usage and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategies for upsell and expansion. • Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and growth.
