💼 What you will do

• Rapidly grow Canva Enterprise across EMEA amongst a team of Strategic AEs to help hit overall Enterprise revenue targets. • Build a team of A-players and raise the talent bar for the organisation. • Create, educate, and refine the team practices, sales playbooks, and KPIs needed for operating as a top SaaS business.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5 years proven success managing individual sellers in a market-leading SaaS business with Strategic customers of 10,000 FTEs or more. • Be a natural leader able to attract, motivate, and manage A+ talent to deliver strong results. • Have the ability to prioritise focus of effort and inquiry with an eye to business impact and outcomes. • Have clear thinking and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and with actionable insights. • Be an independent self-starter who is accessible, approachable, collaborative, and willing to roll up your sleeves. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards immediate actions and results. • Have humility and willingness to question your own assumptions with a desire to constantly improve. • Have experience and be comfortable forecasting deals from 0 to 100 on a weekly basis.

• Have experience selling design, creative, or collaboration tools at enterprise scale. • Have experience building sales teams across EMEA markets. • Have experience with pipeline development, conversion rate optimisation, and sales enablement programmes. • Have experience partnering with sales development and operations teams.

• Rapidly grow Canva Enterprise across EMEA to help hit the company overall Enterprise revenue targets. • Extend Canva tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams and continue to prioritise user feedback and excitement. • Create, educate, and refine team practices, sales playbooks, and KPIs including pipeline development, conversion rates, forecasting, hiring, performance management, enablement, training, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. • Hire, motivate, develop, and retain top talent building a team of A-players. • Build great partnerships with sales development, operations, product, and marketing teams ensuring an exceptional experience for Strategic customers.
