💼 What you will do

• Work within client delivery teams contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification under the coordination of a Delivery Manager. • Lead client discovery workshops, challenge legacy processes, and identify opportunities for Cytora's AI platform to add value. • Translate client business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process designs that direct engineering and product conversations. • Design and optimise AI-driven workflows including prompt strategies and analytical reporting. • Actively leverage AI tools — including Claude — to eliminate inefficiency, automate repetitive analysis tasks, and enhance insight generation. • Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT leadership covering end-to-end scenarios, edge cases, compliance-sensitive flows, and AI output validation. • Manage in-depth analytical reporting of product performance using tools such as Thoughtspot.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have proven Business Analysis experience with meaningful exposure to the insurance sector — underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution. • Have a proven ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders, including the confidence to challenge established thinking constructively. • Have practical, hands-on experience with AI tools including prompt engineering, building AI-assisted workflows, and a clear understanding of LLM behaviour and limitations. • Have a high standard of written and verbal communication in English. • Have the permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Be multilingual — fluency in additional languages beyond English is advantageous. • Have experience with analytical reporting tools such as Thoughtspot. • Have experience working in agile delivery teams within an insurtech or SaaS environment. • Have experience designing or optimising AI-driven workflows in a client-facing context.

• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification within client delivery teams. • Lead discovery workshops and challenge existing client processes to identify improvement opportunities. • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs. • Identify data inputs, system integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in the design lifecycle. • Design and optimise AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies. • Manage detailed analytical reporting of product performance. • Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT for AI-powered solutions. • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring live solutions and iterating to enhance performance.
