Software Engineer, AI Product

• Build and evolve Dev Mode, Figma leading tool for dev and design collaboration. • Take part in building new 0 to 1 products within the agentic coding space. • Join a Code organisation that is redefining how Designers, PMs, and Engineers collaborate, from MCP to agentic workflows on production codebases.

• Have 3 or more years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer. • Have demonstrated strong fluency with React and TypeScript. • Have experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions. • Have attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship. • Have high velocity and a focus on user impact.

• Have experience leading large-scale engineering projects with high impact. • Have experience driving cross-functional projects collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and Research. • Have experience working with user-facing LLM and agentic product features. • Have experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails. • Have experience developing for iOS or Android.
