• Have demonstrated progressive experience in a software sales or sales enablement role.
• Have the ability to continuously meet due dates and execute on projects with positive impact from stakeholders.
• Have experience building relationships with sales leaders and their teams.
• Have software sales or sales enablement experience preferably with expertise in DevOps or Open Source.
• Have working knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies with demonstrable experience with sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Have relevant experience preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness strategies, tactics, and action plans.
• Be able to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
• Have strong ability to interact and influence effectively with field sales professionals and management.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the successful execution of sales enablement programmes for the EMEA region.
• Partner with field leadership across EMEA to identify needs, build out plans, and tailor and deliver content customised to specific teams and markets.
• Scope and build new enablement content including programmes focused on product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with enablement content and operations teams along with other SMEs to develop core sales training curriculum customised for EMEA.
• Ensure alignment of sales enablement activities with key internal and external events such as new product releases, campaigns, and industry trade shows.
• Leverage Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong, and other tools to deliver training and educate teams on how to use specific tools in the region.
• Develop sales training job aids, supporting materials, and assessments to enhance field effectiveness.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programmes.
• Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery.
