• Oversee and manage customer programmes and a portfolio of projects within the Professional Services organisation.
• Lead delivery of multi-workstream professional services engagements with some of the largest and most strategic customers.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team and customer while ensuring the successful delivery of client projects including long-term strategy.

• Have proficiency with forecasting and reporting metrics.
• Be able to lead Programme Management level meetings including the weekly PM meeting.
• Be able to formulate, organise, monitor, and manage inter-connected projects.
• Be able to manage budgets and timelines for long-term projects.
• Be able to develop long-term plans in collaboration with customers.
• Be able to partner with Engagement Managers and Architects to develop long-term plans in support of customer adoption and transformation.
• Obtain GitLab Project Management certification within 2 months of starting the role.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Lead delivery of multi-workstream professional services engagements with the largest and most strategic customers.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including executive leaders, programme and project managers, engineering, development, and security teams.
• Develop a delivery methodology that leverages agile and project management best practices and communicate how it will be used to key customer stakeholders.
• Build and continuously communicate the Programme Roadmap, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to gain approval on project milestones.
• Define programme strategy including programme justification, benefits, scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, RACI charts, success criteria, WBS, communication plans, and escalation paths.
• Work closely with Engagement Managers to define workstreams when scoping larger customer programmes including reviewing proposals or Statements of Work.
• Assist the Regional Delivery Managers in creating and executing quarterly OKRs that drive optimisation of all Project Manager processes.
