Senior Product Manager

• Define and own your product area's strategic roadmap through continuous product discovery, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to others in the Product Team, embedding good practices and sharing new ideas. • Lead agile processes including requirements gathering, backlog management, user story writing, and squad refinement sessions. • Analyse and synthesise insights from user feedback, product data, sales pipeline, and market intelligence to drive data-informed decisions. • Drive strategic and tactical go-to-market and rollout activities through cross-functional leadership. • Participate in and lead client meetings as required, demonstrating exceptional external stakeholder management.

• Have demonstrable experience working in Product Management within an agile environment and SaaS products. • Have experience building, communicating, and executing on strategic product roadmaps. • Have demonstrable experience in delivering and measuring value to a wide range of customers through a product roadmap. • Be skilled in communicating product work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders. • Be results and quality-driven, consistently demonstrating value and improving on approach. • Be able to define and articulate problems simply, and explore solutions with the right balance of simplicity, flexibility, and impact. • Be a self-starter with high attention to detail and a passion for working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Have experience building and launching new-to-market products. • Have experience in a tech start-up or scale-up. • Have experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare, or healthtech industry. • Have experience or knowledge of workforce management applications. • Have qualifications in a related field such as Computer Science or Product Design.

• Own a product area's strategic roadmap from discovery through to delivery and performance tracking. • Provide peer-to-peer technical design leadership and mentorship within the Product Team. • Lead agile squad ceremonies including refinement, backlog management, and delivery. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Operations, Technology, and Revenue teams. • Track and monitor product metrics to measure success across target segments and markets. • Create and maintain product documentation including 1-pagers and product requirement documents. • Support sales efforts by educating stakeholders on product capabilities, new features, and future roadmaps.
