About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own and execute full-funnel UK and Ireland marketing plans for Revolut Business, covering growth channels, experiments, field events, and demand generation campaigns. • Lead local marketing activations including case study creation, customer speaking engagements, and community meetups. • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and produce compelling local content that drives demand from SMBs and enterprises. • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns to inform go-to-market strategy. • Track, measure, and communicate market performance and results to senior leadership. • Identify customer needs through deep understanding of Revolut Business customers and translate them into data-driven, actionable insights for product teams.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 6+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a proven track record as a successful growth marketing manager. • Have in-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in the UK covering ATL, BTL, demand generation, and partnerships. • Have a startup, performance marketing mindset to turn influencer, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and owned channels into a growth engine. • Have experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology. • Have advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions including deep knowledge of growth drivers. • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects against quality, budget, and time constraints. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
