About the role

💼 What you will do

• Activate new customers in the mid-market segment and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. • Prospect mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers based on annual turnover, headcount, and business type. • Conduct discovery and qualification to assess customer needs and potential during the sign-up process. • Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to cross-sell and deepen customer relationships through relevant insights. • Build and manage relationships with multiple high-level decision makers including C-suite stakeholders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 1+ years of experience as a sales or business development representative. • Have 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle. • Have a track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles. • Have solid prospecting skills to generate leads and identify new business opportunities. • Have experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech, with basic knowledge of local competitors. • Have expert relationship-building skills to interact with multiple high-level decision makers. • Have excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product capabilities to large customers. • Be fluent in English.

• Be fluent in additional languages. • Have experience selling financial products and features. • Have experience using Salesforce.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own mid-market customer activation and the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. • Identify high-potential mid-market accounts using key business indicators. • Conduct discovery and qualification to match customers to the right Revolut plan. • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior financial decision makers. • Cross-sell alongside Product Sales Executives and maintain a robust product feedback loop. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams.
