Private Banker

• Onboard high-net-worth individuals and guide them through the entire customer lifecycle with a solutions-based advisory approach. • Provide comprehensive, tailored financial advice covering deposits, savings, and investments for each client's unique situation. • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend optimisations to meet clients' evolving financial goals. • Drive growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring clients leverage the full suite of relevant Revolut features. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, meeting and exceeding relationship management targets.

• Have 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar financial advisory role. • Hold a CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4. • Have a proven track record of managing multiple high-value client relationships. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with affluent clients. • Have an analytical mindset capable of conducting thorough financial analyses and identifying portfolio opportunities. • Have solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and a commitment to the highest standards of compliance. • Have commercial acumen and the ability to understand a client's financial potential and negotiate to deepen relationships. • Be fluent in English.

• Have relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent. • Have experience with high-net-worth client relationship management software and financial modelling tools.
