About the role

💼 What you will do

• Drive pipeline through personalised outbound prospecting across email, phone, social media, and Zoom to multiple stakeholders within Webflow's key prospect accounts. • Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, and identify new opportunities. • Work directly with Account Executives to support pipeline development and revenue goals. • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives. • Become a Webflow product expert and clearly convey the value proposition to potential customers. • Contribute to refining messaging, prospecting techniques, and lead generation campaigns alongside Marketing and Ops.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas and driving high-volume lead generation. • Have a demonstrated track record of developing and managing outbound pipeline effectively. • Be comfortable or eager to learn CRM and sales engagement platforms including Salesforce. • Be a high-energy individual with a positive, can-do attitude on phone and video calls. • Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. • Be a team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results. • Be excited to find success in ambiguity and contribute back to the organisation on best practices.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have additional European language skills, especially Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. • Have familiarity with no-code or website development platforms. • Have experience using AI tools to improve sales prospecting and outreach efficiency. • Have experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead outbound prospecting efforts through email, phone, and social media channels. • Qualify leads and maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects. • Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue contributions. • Log activities consistently in Salesforce to build and maintain CRM intelligence. • Refine sales messaging and prospecting techniques in collaboration with the wider team. • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Ops on lead generation campaigns. • Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
