Lead Analyst - FinCrime

• Work on the fincrime analytics "3 body problem" of balancing risk, friction, and operational cost across customer onboarding and lifecycle decisions. • Size opportunities, model impact on volume, cost, and risk, and evaluate control changes and operational experiments. • Help build scalable, long-term data platforms — not short-term growth hacks — to support multi-region financial crime detection. • Define and maintain source-of-truth datasets and dashboards for onboarding funnels, manual reviews, document processing, and operational performance. • Build self-serve data assets and documentation so stakeholders can answer common questions independently. • Partner with CDD Ops, KYC Controls, Product, and Engineering to translate questions into clear analytical plans and actionable recommendations.

• Be able to design scalable data models from backend systems through to data infrastructure. • Have strong SQL skills with experience building robust pipelines. • Be proficient with BI tools and designing decision-ready dashboards. • Be a clear communicator who can frame trade-offs between risk, conversion, and operational cost. • Have Python skills for deeper analysis and automation.

• Have familiarity with risk management frameworks. • Have exposure to financial crime concepts such as fraud and money laundering. • Have experience working in a platform-oriented team.
