💼 What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to develop and monitor KPIs for Wise's expansion markets across Europe and the UK. • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches, conducting forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation. • Influence product decisions with robust, actionable data insights and build compelling data-driven arguments to drive conviction across the team. • Construct and maintain data assets to help the team diagnose issues and understand product impacts. • Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators continuously. • Contribute to wider product goals in support of Wise's mission of money without borders.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have at least 6+ years of experience in a product analytics or data-driven role. • Have a strong analytical mind and product intuition, centred around the banking and financial industry. • Have a technical skill set in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools. • Have experience working with technical teams including PMs, engineers, and analysts. • Have relevant experience in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance. • Have an understanding of events data using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar. • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives. • Bring a hustler mentality — you take work beyond the analysis and get things done.

• Have experience in the fintech domain. • Have knowledge of utilities such as Airflow, GitHub, or dbt. • Have experience working with user-facing products and behavioural data.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and own KPI strategies for Wise's Europe and UK expansion markets. • Lead analytical support for product launches including forecasting, experimentation, and discovery analysis. • Build and present data-driven insights to shape product decisions across multidisciplinary teams. • Develop and maintain data assets that support ongoing product and customer insight. • Monitor and improve team metrics through continuous analytical iteration. • Collaborate with product analysts, engineers, PMs, researchers, and designers across Wise.
