📋 Job Requirements
• Have 6+ years real-world experience, preferably within a digital agency environment.
• Be working at a Senior level and want to progress to a Lead role soon.
• Have a passion for building robust, well-architected digital solutions with a proven background in solution architecture.
• Have experience using CMS platforms including WordPress and possibly eCommerce platforms using Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Have strong knowledge of PHP and ability to build custom theme templates for WordPress from scratch, preferably with experience in ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
• Demonstrate proficiency with PHP and SQL Server as well as modern web standards including HTML5, SASS, and JavaScript including ES6 and jQuery.
• Have experience working with cloud-based hosting providers such as WPEngine and AWS.
• Have knowledge of Grunt and how to use version control such as Git.
• Have experience with running deployments and making DNS updates.
• Be able to work autonomously or as part of a larger team and enjoy talking directly to clients.
• Have experience quoting for development work and be comfortable discussing costs with clients.
• Have an eye for design and can appreciate what goes into crafting beautiful, polished user experiences.
• Have experience running QA and browser testing on both your own work and other team members' work with an eye for detail.
• Enjoy helping and training more junior members of the team.
• Be comfortable leading a project whilst keeping the management team and project manager up-to-date with accurate project planning and timings.
• Be an excellent communicator who plays well with others.
• Have UK residency and currently be living in the UK.
