About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join one of Europe's best and fastest-growing startups as a product-minded full-stack software engineer. • Help drive Omnea through its next phase of growth, scaling from low double-digit to 200+ enterprise customers. • Obtain meaningful ownership and influence at a pivotal moment past product-market fit but early enough to shape the transition from startup to scale-up.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have a few years' experience with proven experience shipping production web applications from concept to deployment, ideally in a full-stack TypeScript and AWS environment. • Be focused on impact and eager to contribute to systems that matter. • Want to learn how strong engineering practices, cloud infrastructure, observability, and testing come together in a fast-moving startup. • Care deeply about high-quality engineering and strive to raise the bar in your work. • Want to build reliable, well-architected products and be intentional about quality. • Enjoy every aspect of building a product and be comfortable moving across the stack as needed. • Love problem-solving and thinking from first principles. • Get satisfaction from delivering results and be quick to learn new skills and apply them immediately. • Actively seek responsibility and bigger challenges. • Want to be part of a high-performing team and be invested in learning from others and sharing context. • Be comfortable with ambiguity and happy to tackle unclear problems, form a point of view, and iterate toward a solution.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have excelled at something before whether academics, sport, work, or any area where you've gone above and beyond. • Love engineering as more than a job, perhaps having contributed to open-source or worked on side projects. • Be confident tackling ambiguous problems and delivering quality code.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Help shape key product decisions including prioritising the roadmap, defining project scopes, and the technical direction. • Play an important role in discussions about strategy, user experience, and feasibility. • Have complete ownership of your projects from product, design, and architecture through to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact. • Work across the stack touching everything from DevOps to UI styling. • Take initiative, proactively solve problems, and look for continuous improvements. • Deploy small, incremental changes to production multiple times a day. • Help scale the product, architecture, and processes while maintaining performance and reliability as Omnea expands. • Engage with customers, understand their experiences, and iterate based on their input to deliver solutions that genuinely delight them.

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.

😃 What Omnea offers

• Receive £50,000 to £75,000 salary plus £20,000 equity. • Join the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe. • Work with experienced full-stack product engineers and high performers from other top-tier tech companies. • Work with modern tech including TypeScript, React, Material UI, Postgres, and AWS Serverless tools. • Have direct product impact and help shape key product decisions. • Work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the London office.

💖 What makes Omnea unique

Omnea is reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with procurement where a single purchase can drag on for months. The AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient.
