GTM Engineer

• Build the systems, automations, and AI-powered tools that enable Patchwork's Revenue teams to scale their impact across the NHS. • Work at the intersection of technology, data, and commercial operations, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance. • Design and improve data models, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that underpin customer acquisition, account support, and operational scale. • Develop AI-powered tools and agents that improve efficiency and outputs across the full Revenue function. • Work hybrid from the London hub, with the flexibility typical of a fast-paced scale-up.

• Bring demonstrable experience working with programming languages, databases, and related technical systems. • Bring practical experience building solutions that use LLM APIs, with the ability to discuss prompt engineering, latency considerations, and token consumption confidently. • Bring strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex challenges and identify practical solutions. • Bring strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of comfort working with quantitative data and analysis. • Bring intellectual curiosity about business operations, commercial processes, and revenue-generating functions.

• Bring experience working with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot. • Bring exposure to a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment. • Bring experience using automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. • Bring experience working within healthcare, HealthTech, or the NHS. • Bring experience working within a technology start-up or scale-up environment.

• Build and maintain systems that support new business acquisition by gathering, structuring, and activating customer data across the Revenue organisation. • Develop automations and AI-powered workflows that deliver more targeted marketing, sales, and customer success activity. • Build and improve automations that remove manual, repetitive work from Revenue teams, freeing colleagues for higher-value activities. • Contribute to the CRM ecosystem by improving data quality, reporting capabilities, workflows, and user experience. • Build and maintain integrations across the commercial technology stack, connecting systems and ensuring data flows effectively between tools.
