Process Automation Lead - Supply

• Lead an AI-driven transformation across Viator's Supply organisation, identifying high-friction workflows and operational bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions through AI, automation, and process innovation. • Translate emerging AI capabilities — including Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics — into solutions that improve team productivity, supplier experience, and business outcomes. • Own automation initiatives full-lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to deliver secure and sustainable AI solutions. • Work hybrid from the London office 1–2 days per week.

• Bring 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations with a proven track record of driving process automation and operational transformation, including at least 1+ year focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation. • Bring a strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks. • Bring hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and a proven ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate working solutions. • Bring a natural ability to bridge business challenges and technical solutions, translating operational needs into scalable AI and automation opportunities. • Bring demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption of new technologies, and execute complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

• Bring experience working within marketplace or supply-side operations in the travel, experiences, or e-commerce sector. • Bring familiarity with supplier-facing platforms and the operational workflows that underpin large-scale supplier relationships. • Bring experience designing and deploying AI agents or copilots in a production enterprise environment. • Bring comfort presenting AI transformation business cases to senior leadership.

• Partner with teams across the Supply organisation to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation through strategic process mapping. • Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions and automations that streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and enable teams to scale more effectively. • Lead automation initiatives end-to-end: from discovery and business case development through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable AI solutions. • Enable Supply teams to 10x their impact through intelligent workflows, AI-powered tools, and fundamentally new ways of operating.
