💼 What you will do

• Embed security into the SDLC by partnering with engineering and AI teams to ship features safely at high velocity. • Build and maintain CI/CD security tooling including SAST/DAST, secrets management, and artifact scanning. • Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modelling, and code reviews for platform and AI workloads. • Recommend secure architecture patterns for infrastructure, agent systems, and model-serving pipelines. • Implement monitoring and automated incident response to detect and address security alerts promptly. • Define and maintain security standards, policies, and reusable infrastructure components. • Act as the internal advocate for security, influencing teams to adopt best practices without slowing delivery.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have several years of experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, or cloud security. • Have a strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. • Have knowledge of threat modelling, vulnerability assessment, and incident response. • Have experience with — or a strong willingness to learn — AI/ML security, model-serving pipelines, or agent-based systems. • Have familiarity with IaC, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Communicate complex security concepts clearly to non-security audiences.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have hands-on experience with AI security, model risk, or prompt injection mitigation. • Have experience in high-velocity SaaS or product-led growth environments. • Have contributed to open-source security tooling or frameworks. • Have implemented automated security testing in CI/CD pipelines for both code and infrastructure.

• Partner with engineering and AI teams to ensure secure, high-velocity feature delivery. • Build and maintain CI/CD security processes and tooling across the development lifecycle. • Assess vulnerabilities and perform threat modelling and code reviews for platform and AI workloads. • Advise on secure architecture for infrastructure, agent systems, and model-serving pipelines. • Ensure timely detection and automated response to security incidents and alerts. • Create and maintain security standards, policies, and reusable infrastructure components. • Influence engineering teams to adopt security practices and champion a security-first culture.
