IT Support Engineer

• Join a Microsoft cloud-first environment in a role that sits between traditional helpdesk support and systems administration. • Focus on endpoint management, identity administration, and Microsoft 365 support. • Work closely with the IT Manager to support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, device compliance, and collaboration platforms across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

• Have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Intune in a production environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. • Have good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID including user management, groups, RBAC, and Conditional Access. • Have solid understanding of device compliance and MDM principles in a BYOD environment. • Have strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of macOS. • Have experience supporting iOS and Android device enrolment and policy enforcement. • Have good understanding of networking fundamentals including IP addressing, DNS, VPN, and firewall concepts. • Have experience implementing MFA and access control policies. • Have ability to troubleshoot identity, device, and Microsoft 365-related issues independently. • Have strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to support.

• Have PowerShell scripting skills for automation or reporting. • Have experience in a fintech or regulated environment. • Have experience with UniFi networking stack. • Have familiarity with Microsoft Defender. • Hold a college or university qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals, MD-100, or AZ-900.

• Support and administer Microsoft Intune across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices including BYOD enrolment and compliance enforcement. • Assist in maintaining device compliance policies, configuration profiles, update rings, and application deployments. • Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle processes. • Administer Microsoft Entra ID including user lifecycle management, group management, and RBAC. • Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Conditional Access policies and MFA controls. • Assist with Privileged Identity Management role assignments and access reviews. • Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms issues. • Provide advanced troubleshooting across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in both corporate-managed and BYOD models. • Maintain accurate asset records, user records, and system documentation. • Contribute to ongoing improvements in device management and access controls.
