• Partner with account executives to translate complex enterprise requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Create and deliver compelling technical content across audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives, spanning technical deep dives and business value conversations.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their existing technology stacks at scale.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for their specific use cases, and travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
📋 Job Requirements
• Have 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Have experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Have exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives and engineering teams.
• Have experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Be comfortable with Python.
• Have familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
