📋 Job Requirements
• Generate excellent ideas and know how to articulate them expertly both visually and verbally. • Run creative catch-ups and idea generating sessions to actively increase the quality of thought in your team. • Have a strong understanding of and be able to create briefs for symbolism, typography, colour, illustration, iconography, and art direction. • Compose all design components into complete world-class brand identities, inspire and lead others to the same result, and practically support their design where needed. • Collaborate intimately with the team, learning from them and supporting junior staff. • Be able to follow direction from the senior team. • Construct client presentations and present work eloquently. • Assist with and translate immersion and strategic phases of work into design execution. • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of branding and the creative practitioners within it. • Demonstrate ownership of your role and take and action feedback from your manager to progress. • Have a strong awareness of the time required to complete design tasks and be able to successfully manage your own time, calendar, and meetings. • Have a willingness to work in person in the London studio and be open to travel globally. • Have a great understanding of Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pitch.

• Have experience leading idea generating sessions and creative catch-ups. • Have experience mentoring and practically supporting junior designers.

About Koto
