• Guide and enable product teams to measure things that matter.
• Initiate or help run A/B experiments to keep improving everything Monzo does.
• Drive together with the finance team a unified company-wide understanding of the lifetime value of users and how different product features impact user profitability.
• Liaise with engineers to keep making sure the right data is collected to produce relevant business insights.
• Inform product strategy with data-driven insights.
