📋 Job Requirements
• Have experience in unsecured retail lending such as personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts, or buy now pay later.
• Have an understanding of how the unsecured retail lending market works including pricing dynamics on portfolio performance.
• Have an understanding of lending economics and experience developing and deploying underwriting strategies.
• Have strong analytical and data capabilities with technical coding skills; SQL is a must-have.
• Have a working understanding of the regulations that apply to lending in the UK.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be keen to improve products and ship changes to customers.
• Be a strong communicator able to cut through complex problems and articulate decision points.
• Have some experience in project management and coordination across teams.
• Work well collaborating in a team with diverse skill-sets and personality types.
