📋 Job Requirements
• Bring significant experience at Senior Engineer level specialising in data engineering, typically at least 6 years of commercial experience.
• Bring extensive hands-on experience in SQL, Python and Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Bring Databricks experience and strong expertise in data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery.
• Work with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop, with a deep understanding of ETL, data modeling and schema design.
• Bring strong experience with cloud-based data solutions across AWS, Azure or GCP and data lake architectures.
• Apply automation, CI/CD for data pipelines and Infrastructure as Code, with deep understanding of version control tools such as Git.
• Build software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews, with familiarity in data governance, security and compliance.
• Hold a valid passport for travel and be able to spend up to one week per month onsite in Germany.
