📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, product operations, customer operations, startups, or process improvement in a fast-moving environment.
• Bring extensive hands-on use of AI tools in your work, or a clear and demonstrable trajectory toward doing so.
• Show the ability to learn new tools quickly without being intimidated by technical systems, internal tooling, or messy operational data.
