🎯 Responsibilities
• Support S&I Leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation over the first 12 months.
• Be mentored by S&I Leads into the more customer-facing aspects of the role, taking these on in months 12-24.
• Focus on setting customers up to be successful, ensuring their data is in great shape and their configurations are implemented to match the complexity of their companies.
• Become a product expert and be one of the best people in the company at configuring the product, building workflows, and developing new use cases.
• Hone organisation and planning skills by helping S&I leads coordinate and drive towards launch and achieve key milestones in deployment.
• Progress into pathway opportunities including Customer Solutions & Implementation, Customer Account Lead, Customer Technical Solutions, or Sales Engineering roles.
