📋 Job Requirements
• Have proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success in commercial insurance with insurance/Insurtech experience.
• Have strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trusted senior relationships across underwriting, operations, and IT.
• Be comfortable leading QBRs and executive readouts.
• Be workflow-minded with the ability to understand how submissions, intake, and triage work and show where Cytora fits into the daily process.
• Be product and AI fluent with the ability to deliver targeted demos and communicate clearly about LLMs, data flows, and APIs while connecting tech to underwriting and ops value.
• Be a cross-functional orchestrator who partners smoothly with Sales, Delivery, Support, Security, and Legal on escalations and expansions.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Have fluent spoken and written English.
• Have the permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Manage a book of strategic carrier and broker accounts and be the primary post-sale point of contact.
• Understand each customer's underwriting and claims workflows and identify where Cytora fits to drive adoption.
• Track adoption and total contract utilization against targets, flag gaps, and execute actions to drive utilization.
• Broaden the support network within each client by identifying and developing new relationships from senior stakeholders to project teams.
• Run QBRs and executive business reviews to ensure strategic alignment with each client and prove value delivered.
• Identify competitive and attrition risks early and drive recovery plans.
• Create references and stories such as case studies and joint talks as wins land, and partner with Marketing to amplify outcomes.
• Multithread senior relationships across CUO, CIO, UW Ops, and IT and run focused platform walkthroughs.
• Explain LLMs, data flows, and APIs in plain language tied to underwriting and ops value.
• Travel as needed for onsite workshops, enablement, QBRs, and executive sessions.
