Client Executive

• Manage a book of strategic carrier and broker accounts as the primary post-sale point of contact on Cytora's AI-powered insurance platform. • Drive adoption by understanding each customer's underwriting and claims workflows and showing how Cytora becomes part of their day-to-day process. • Multithread senior relationships across CUO, CIO, underwriting operations, and IT, running QBRs and executive business reviews to prove value and align on partnership expansion plans. • Fully remote, UK-based role with travel required for onsite workshops, enablement sessions, and executive meetings.

• Proven experience in account management or customer success in commercial insurance, with insurance or InsurTech sector knowledge. • Strong relationship management skills — comfortable building trusted senior relationships and leading QBRs and exec readouts. • Workflow-minded: able to sit with a customer, understand their submission and intake processes, and show where Cytora fits into the daily workflow. • Product and AI fluent: able to deliver targeted demos and communicate clearly about LLMs, data flows, and APIs — always tying tech to underwriting and operations value. • Cross-functional orchestrator who partners smoothly with Sales, Delivery, Support, Security, and Legal on escalations and expansions. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Permanent right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

• Experience working with Insurtech or AI-powered SaaS platforms in an account management capacity. • Background conducting executive-level business reviews and building case studies or joint marketing content. • Familiarity with underwriting operations, claims workflows, or insurance data flows.
