Implementation Manager

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple Patchwork software implementation projects, with a primary focus on Rota implementations, ensuring timely delivery to scope and budget. • Act as the overarching project manager across Implementation Team members, influencing without authority to drive successful project outcomes. • Build outstanding client relationships at all levels including C-suite and board, managing expectations and educating stakeholders on how to get maximum value from Patchwork's products. • Independently create high-quality proposals and deliver product demonstrations throughout the implementation process. • Work hybrid from the London hub in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Bring demonstrable experience in project management in an enterprise B2B2C environment, preferably with exposure to Rota or Rostering implementations within SaaS products. • Bring outstanding stakeholder management skills and a track record of building rapport and credibility with senior clients including C-suite and exec-level stakeholders. • Bring experience coaching and influencing colleagues to drive project success without direct authority. • Bring an outstanding record of developing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, PIDs, approach documents, and timelines. • Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholder groups.

• Hold a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI. • Bring experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech industry. • Bring experience or knowledge of workforce applications and workforce management workflows. • Bring a solid understanding of SaaS platforms and how they are configured and delivered to enterprise clients.

• Drive the successful delivery of multiple implementation projects, adhering closely to Patchwork's project framework and best practice to ensure timely delivery to scope and budget. • Navigate client organisational hierarchies to identify the right stakeholders and build the relationships needed to achieve implementation goals. • Educate clients on Patchwork product use cases, respectfully managing unrealistic expectations using project management tools and product expertise. • Propose viable solutions through configuration or negotiation with the Product Team to unblock projects when required. • Invest in strong internal relationships with client-facing teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent client experience.
