Implementation Manager

• Drive successful delivery of multiple Patchwork software implementation projects, with a primary focus on Rota implementations, ensuring timely delivery to scope and budget. • Build and manage outstanding client relationships across all levels including C-Suite and exec-level stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion. • Independently create high-quality proposals and deliver product demonstrations throughout the implementation process. • Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for other team members within the Implementation Team. • Train client stakeholders on how to use Patchwork's products to their full functionality. • Navigate client organisational hierarchies to identify the right people and unblock implementation challenges.

• Have demonstrable experience in project management in an enterprise B2B2C environment, preferably within SaaS products. • Have outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport at senior level. • Have experience coaching and influencing colleagues to drive project success. • Have an outstanding record of developing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, PIDs, approach documents, and timelines. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders. • Have a solution mindset and strong critical thinking skills. • Be tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems. • Be a self-starter with high attention to detail and a passion for working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Have a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI. • Have experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare, or healthtech industry. • Have experience with Rota or rostering implementations specifically. • Have experience or knowledge of workforce management applications. • Have a solid understanding of SaaS platforms.

• Manage multiple implementation projects end to end, adhering to project frameworks and best practice. • Influence without authority across the Implementation Team to ensure clear ownership and successful outcomes. • Maintain high-quality project documentation and artefacts internally and externally. • Build strong client relationships and manage external expectations on progress, milestones, and challenges. • Propose viable solutions through product configuration or negotiation with the Product Team to unblock projects. • Invest in strong internal relationships with client-facing teams to ensure seamless handovers. • Track workforce data to guide clients toward best decisions and drive outcomes through product implementation. • Keep up with industry trends and evaluate new tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
