• Independently create high-quality proposals and deliver product demonstrations throughout the implementation process.

📋 Job Requirements
• Bring demonstrable experience in project management in an enterprise B2B2C environment, preferably with exposure to Rota or Rostering implementations within SaaS products.
• Bring outstanding stakeholder management skills and a track record of building rapport and credibility with senior clients including C-suite and exec-level stakeholders.
• Bring experience coaching and influencing colleagues to drive project success without direct authority.
• Bring an outstanding record of developing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, PIDs, approach documents, and timelines.
• Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholder groups.
