• Lead one of the most strategically important functions within the agency, where data influences campaigns, products, pitches, innovation, and market differentiation. • Work directly with the senior leadership team to evolve data capability and help define what world-class data-led search marketing looks like in the AI era. • Be a player-coach who builds a stronger team, world-class systems, smart products, and industry-leading datasets.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in data analytics, data science, search insights, or a related field. • Show strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel. • Have experience with web scraping libraries (e.g. BeautifulSoup, Scrapy). • Bring Python and Django experience. • Have experience leading an effective team with the ability to coach and develop high performers. • Communicate and present excellently with strong writing and organisational skills. • Understand how data can influence strategy, products, and commercial growth. • Balance technical expertise with commercial thinking.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience building proprietary data products, tools, or methodologies within an agency or marketing environment. • Have a background in search marketing, SEO, or GEO with data-driven insight generation. • Demonstrate experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies applied to marketing workflows.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Reboot's Data team, maintaining exceptional standards across datasets, analysis, and insight generation. • Support SEO, GEO, Content, and Digital PR teams with meaningful data-led insights. • Oversee campaign datasets, sourcing methodologies, and data quality. • Drive innovation across AI, automation, and data workflows. • Help shape proprietary products, tools, and methodologies. • Support commercial pitches, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives. • Champion data-driven decision-making across the agency. • Identify opportunities where data can create new services, efficiencies, or competitive advantages. • Ensure Reboot continues to be recognised for industry-leading data capabilities.
