Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI)

• Productionise frontier AI models to solve complex real-world problems for enterprise customers. • Collaborate closely with researchers and teammates on the latest advancements in AI and ML. • Work directly with customers to integrate Reka's models into their technology stacks. • Make direct business impact with a high level of product ownership as a founding member of a fast-growing team. • Wear many hats and contribute across research, engineering, and customer-facing work in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

• Have an obsession with customers and a passion for solving practical, sometimes ambiguous, real-world problems. • Have experience as a machine learning engineer, ideally working on AI products for external customers. • Have a background as a technical founder or in a similar high-ownership capacity. • Have practical experience working with transformer models and LLMs. • Have an exceptional ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Have a track record of owning problems end to end and learning fast to get the job done. • Bring a kind and collaborative nature and work style.

• Have experience deploying or productionising large-scale ML models in enterprise environments. • Have experience integrating AI/LLM products into customer technology stacks. • Have contributed to AI research or published work in ML or related fields.
