Member of Technical Staff (ML)

• Contribute to the entire development cycle of cutting-edge large deep learning models — from dataset preparation and architecture design through training and evaluation. • Translate cutting-edge research into practical applications in close collaboration with engineers and researchers. • Help build Reka's foundation model products from the ground up at an exciting early stage. • Work across the full ML development lifecycle wearing many hats in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

• Have experience with training and evaluating large deep learning models. • Have proficiency in standard deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX. • Have a proven track record of applying and implementing machine learning algorithms into software applications at scale. • Be able to build in a fast-paced environment under some uncertainty. • Bring a kind and collaborative nature and work style.

• Have experience with multimodal models spanning vision, language, or audio. • Have contributed to AI research or published work in deep learning or related fields. • Have experience with large-scale distributed training infrastructure.

• Prepare datasets, design architectures, implement solutions, and train and evaluate large deep learning models. • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to translate research into practical product applications. • Contribute across the full model development lifecycle from experimentation to production. • Help shape the direction of Reka's ML capabilities as an early team member.
