Finance & Strategy Manager

• Oversee financial modelling for Revolut's expansions roadmap, optimising for ROE maximisation based on local and group requirements. • Lead strategic financial planning and forecasting — including monthly reviews, annual budgets, and long-term plans. • Drive growth by assessing new product and regional expansion opportunities through business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and financial feasibility analysis. • Collaborate on high-impact special projects for the CFO. • Fully remote role based in the UK, with a London office also available.

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital/private equity, strategy consulting, or finance roles at a top-tier company. • Excellent financial modelling and data analysis skills using SQL and MS Excel. • Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting standards. • Proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, high-growth environment. • Exceptional communication skills to build compelling business cases and influence decision-making.

• Experience in strategic finance within a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up. • A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certification. • Expertise in banking, credit, card payments, wealth and trading, crypto, or insurance.

• Oversee financial modelling for new entities, optimising for ROE maximisation based on local and group requirements. • Support licence submissions from a finance perspective, including handling Q&A with regulators. • Lead strategic financial planning and forecasting, including monthly reviews, annual budget, and long-term plans. • Conduct scenario and in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making on market expansion. • Develop insightful financial frameworks to analyse revenue, margins, and profitability across countries, user segments, and products. • Drive growth by assessing new product and regional expansion opportunities, including business case evaluations and pricing strategies. • Collaborate on high-impact special projects for the CFO.
