Senior FP&A Analyst

• Build, maintain, and improve financial and operational models to support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking. • Analyse key SaaS and PLG metrics including ARR, expansion, churn, CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels. • Partner with Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to surface insights and understand performance. • Turn complex data into clear narratives and recommendations that inform decision-making. • Own recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting with a focus on accuracy, usability, and speed. • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with detailed, bottoms-up analysis. • Continuously improve how the business uses data, tools, and processes.

• Have 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar hands-on analytical role. • Have strong experience working with SaaS businesses, ideally in a product-led growth environment. • Be highly comfortable working directly with raw data, models, and analytical tools such as spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL. • Have a proven ability to translate analysis into practical, actionable insights. • Have experience collaborating with Marketing, Growth, or Commercial teams. • Bring an execution-first mindset and enjoy owning problems end-to-end. • Be comfortable operating as an experienced individual contributor without people management responsibilities. • Be curious, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

• Have deep familiarity with PLG-specific metrics and growth levers. • Have experience building or improving BI dashboards and self-serve reporting. • Have advanced SQL skills for working directly with large datasets. • Have experience supporting commercial or go-to-market planning cycles.
