• Possess 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the UK and Ireland. • Maintain fluent English language skills in both written and verbal communication. • Exhibit the ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. • Demonstrate a proven bias for action and an ownership mindset in dynamic environments.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field. • Demonstrate proven technical skills in labor relations, negotiation, and conflict resolution. • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret P&C data and reporting trends. • Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities within a global, high-growth tech environment.
