📋 Job Requirements
• Have 3-5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, or agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Know what great looks like in terms of talent and hold a high bar while being pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented.
• Have a track record of exceptional performance whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else.
• Have built a great network in the startup and scale-up ecosystem.
• Be a ruthless prioritiser, highly organised, and focused on outcomes over inputs.
• Be efficient, leveraging AI throughout all processes, and autonomous without compromising on quality.
• Always nail the basics on process, comms, and ATS hygiene.
