💼 What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of hiring for one of Omnea's senior hiring managers — CCO, VP Customer, Head of Product, or Engineering Leads — from sourcing through to close. • Define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area, creating the playbook to make talent a core competitive advantage of Omnea. • Partner directly with senior leaders to shape role specs, align on success profiles, and consistently hit hiring targets. • Craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns to engage top-tier passive talent with authentic, cut-through messaging. • Build and nurture a personal network of elite talent by running invite-only events and becoming the go-to person for top 1% hires.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 3–5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments. • Have a track record of exceptional performance in work, academics, sport, or wherever you've applied yourself. • Be a ruthless prioritiser — highly organised, outcomes-focused, and autonomous without compromising on quality. • Have exceptional behavioural and competency-based interviewing skills and the ability to pitch to passive candidates. • Be entrepreneurial — not looking for a narrow recruiter role but for ownership, influence, and a role in shaping Omnea's team through scaling. • Be a great communicator — clear, concise, and persuasive in outreach, strategy conversations, and candidate engagement. • Be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom without restriction.
