• Take end-to-end ownership of hiring for one of Omnea senior leaders, owning the whole process from sourcing to close. • Help build Europe best talent org from the ground up thinking from first principles and ensuring only the top 1% are hired. • Shape the foundations of Omnea team as the company continues to scale after raising its Series B.

• Have 3 to 5 or more years of experience in high-growth startups, agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced high-accountability environments. • Have a track record of exceptional performance whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else. • Be a ruthless prioritiser who is highly organised and focused on outcomes over inputs. • Be entrepreneurial and want ownership, influence, and to play a key role in shaping a team through the scaling journey. • Be outcomes-focused with a strong bias to action, not getting stuck in process or theory. • Be a great communicator who can write great outreach, pitch to passive candidates, and hold strategic conversations with senior leaders. • Be proactive and crave accountability, figuring out what is needed and making it happen with little guidance. • Be ambitious and competitive because you care deeply about your career and doing the best work of your life.
