Growth Associate

• Join the Growth team at one of the UK's fastest-growing AI-native consumer start-ups, working closely with senior leaders including the CEO on Nous's most important acquisition challenges. • Lead the scale-up of an unconventional, high-performance influencer programme — building the sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and testing systems that turn it into a repeatable, data-led acquisition engine. • Broaden your remit quickly into new acquisition channels, landing page and messaging refinement, conversion optimisation, and building internal tools to automate manual processes. • Work in a high-context, high-expectation environment with a steep learning curve and real ownership from day one. • Work office-first from Farringdon at least three days per week, with flexibility when focused work is needed.

• Bring 3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment such as a startup, consultancy, marketing agency, or growth-focused team. • Bring a naturally commercial mindset with an instinct for how to work the angles and get deals or experiments moving. • Bring a structured, analytically minded approach — breaking problems into parts, focusing on what matters, and working toward clear, measurable outcomes. • Communicate excellently: writing clearly, speaking crisply, and using data confidently to drive decisions. • Show a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move fast and context-switch without losing quality.

• Bring hands-on experience running influencer or creator marketing programmes at scale. • Bring experience with performance or growth channel management including paid social, SEO, or affiliate marketing. • Bring comfort using no-code or automation tools to build scrappy internal systems that reduce manual work. • Bring experience analysing conversion funnels and running structured growth experiments.

• Build and scale Nous's influencer programme: sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and testing hundreds of creators in a data-led, repeatable, and efficient way. • Explore and test new acquisition channels, bringing structured thinking and clear metrics to each experiment. • Refine landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows based on data and user behaviour. • Build scrappy internal tools and automations to reduce manual work and make the growth operation more scalable. • Work closely with senior leaders across growth, product, and commercial teams, contributing to strategic decisions from an early stage.
