📋 Job Requirements
• Have 3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment such as a startup, consultancy, marketing agency, or growth-focused team.
• Have seen how business growth works in practice — running experiments, managing channels, analysing funnels, or helping commercial teams scale.
• Be instinctively commercial with a natural flair for working angles and getting deals done.
• Be structured and analytically minded — break problems into parts and work toward clear, measurable outcomes.
