• Own and drive reach, awareness, and audience growth across social platforms, increasing Whering's share of voice with the right audiences.
• Generate organic attention at scale without reliance on paid channels.
• Create and publish high-performing, platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond — owning content end-to-end from concept through shoot, edit, and publish.
• Build formats designed to be repeatable and scalable, not one-off posts.
• Identify and work with creators, talent, and partners to drive reach and cultural credibility through content.
• Brief and manage creators to produce content aligned with Whering's formats and brand, exploring scalable models such as ambassador networks, recurring creator formats, UGC systems, and in-app share campaigns.
• Engage directly with the audience through comments, DMs, and interactions, turning content into participation.
