📋 Job Requirements
• Have 8 or more years of HR or People experience including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company.
• Have multi-jurisdiction EMEA experience with practical working knowledge of employment law, cultural norms, and people practices across multiple jurisdictions.
• Have generalist capability spanning Employee Relations and Operations as well as strategic business partnering.
• Have experience partnering with GTM or revenue organisations such as Sales, Marketing, or Product Support with an understanding of go-to-market dynamics.
• Have a strong understanding of cultural nuance and the ability to adapt approach across diverse EMEA markets.
• Have demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in fast-paced ambiguous environments including when operating remotely from centres of excellence.
• Have experience supporting globally distributed teams and working effectively in a shared People Partner model with counterparts in other regions.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Act as the primary People Partner presence for EMEA and the first point of contact for leaders across levels, GTM functions, and markets.
• Work closely with functional People Partners to support continued scaling of teams in region by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models.
• Serve as the regional connector between functional People Partners and regional business leaders translating global people priorities into locally relevant solutions.
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance.
• Identify and address organisational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across teams.
• Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning and Development, BEI, and People Relations.
• Leverage data, organisational insights, and employee feedback to proactively inform decisions and drive measurable improvements.
• Support developing and driving an EMEA people strategy in line with regional GTM priorities and broader Figma people strategy.
• Explore and embed AI tools and approaches that extend reach and impact across the region.
