• Play a crucial part in continuing to scale and develop the EMEA Figmate population as the company enters an exciting new chapter. • Build incredible candidate experiences, run end-to-end hiring processes, and craft a pipeline of top talent. • Drive a significant contribution to impacting the future state of Figma as a key member of the growing international recruiting team.

• Have 7 or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth business with a presence across the EMEA region partnering with VP-level stakeholders. • Have knowledge of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape and who the competitors in this space may be. • Have excellent communication in all formats and be able to adapt communication style based upon audience. • Have passion for engaging and bringing top talent to the workplace and be able to share this passion to get talent excited about new prospects. • Have a sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy including sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement and management.

• Have direct experience within a SaaS company. • Have experience hiring into JAPAC and ANZ regions. • Have fluency in French or German.

• Run full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams. • Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams with a primary focus on EMEA. • Source and build healthy representative pipelines whilst also effectively managing inbound pipelines. • Employ data to advise hiring strategy and articulate insights to partners to influence and drive positive change. • Develop and create sourcing strategies to engage passive talent including cold outreach, events, and content production. • Be a champion of Figma values and ensure these are at the forefront of your work. • Seek opportunities to actively contribute to business improvement which improves the overarching hiring strategy. • Orchestrate initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and inclusion.
