💼 What you will do

• Refine your craft as a designer with days spent relentlessly authoring ideas and designing identities. • Collaborate with the team around you on branding work for impactful companies and founders defining tomorrow. • Deliver work across the immersion, strategic, and design phases of projects.

📋 Job Requirements

• Generate great ideas and know how to articulate them well both visually and verbally. • Have a strong understanding of symbolism, typography, colour, illustration, iconography, and art direction. • Be able to compose all design components into complete brand identities. • Collaborate intimately with the team, learning from them and supporting junior staff. • Be able to follow direction from the senior team. • Construct components of client presentations and be beginning your journey to present work. • Demonstrate ownership of your role and be able to take and action feedback from your manager. • Be able to manage your calendar, time, and deadlines to finish tasks. • Have a willingness to work in person in the London studio and be open to travel globally. • Have a great understanding of Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pitch.
