• Own all SLT travel arrangements and logistics including rail, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Act as central coordination point across the SLT to support effective leadership communication and operations.
• Support board meeting coordination, board pack collation, and shareholder communications.
• Coordinate company-wide events including Town Halls, Patchweek, SLT offsites, and new joiner welcome events.
• Support internal communications from leadership including drafting CEO updates and company-wide communications.
• Maintain a regular in-office presence three days per week to support CEO and SLT operational needs.

• Have experience in a support role working closely with senior leadership stakeholders.
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet important deadlines.
• Have proven experience managing complex diaries, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
