About the role

💼 What you will do

• Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team as the central coordination point for diaries, meetings, travel, logistics, expenses, and board administration. • Work closely with the People Team on internal communications, company-wide events including Town Halls, All Hands, SLT offsites, and new joiner welcome events. • Support board and governance coordination including board pack collation, shareholder communications, and action tracking. • Maintain a regular in-office presence three days per week, welcoming visitors, managing office supplies, and supporting a well-run London hub. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and sound judgement at all times.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring proven experience in a support role working closely with senior leadership stakeholders. • Bring excellent organisational and time management skills, with a track record of managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and event coordination across multiple priorities. • Bring excellent presentation and visual communication skills, with the ability to build impactful slide decks in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. • Bring comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables, and presenting insights. • Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring familiarity with corporate governance and board management practices. • Bring familiarity with workplace tooling such as HubSpot, Miro, Claude, or similar business productivity platforms. • Bring experience working in a tech start-up or scale-up environment. • Bring experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech industry. • Bring experience with SaaS products or workforce applications.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Proactively manage CEO and SLT diaries, scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries. • Support meeting preparation including agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action coordination. • Draft and coordinate leadership communications for CEO review and distribution across company channels and forums. • Coordinate board meetings, collate and quality-check board packs, track governance actions, and support shareholder communications. • Plan and deliver company-wide events including Town Halls, Patchweek, SLT offsites, and departmental away days, covering scheduling, venue, catering, travel, and on-the-day logistics.
