💼 What you will do

• Serve as the Marketo specialist responsible for building and optimizing scalable marketing automation within a fast-growing SaaS environment. • Drive the customer journey through end-to-end campaign execution, from initial programme setup to detailed impact reporting. • Enable demand generation and lifecycle strategies by ensuring every campaign is automated and measurable. • Bridge the gap between marketing activity and revenue impact through data-driven campaign excellence.

📋 Job Requirements

• Possess 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management within B2B SaaS. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Marketo, including automation logic, segmentation, and reporting. • Maintain strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, focusing on campaign objects and lead management. • Exhibit experience managing webinar and event automation using platforms like Zoom or ON24. • Show a track record of building nurture and lead scoring frameworks that drive pipeline growth. • Demonstrate an analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data to inform strategic decisions.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Possess hands-on experience with Customer.io for lifecycle or engagement campaigns. • Maintain familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as Bizible, Looker, or Google Analytics. • Demonstrate understanding of SaaS funnel metrics ranging from MQL to ARR. • Show experience with ABM and intent platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including programme setup, QA, and deployment. • Build automated nurture journeys to accelerate lead conversion into SQLs and pipeline. • Manage lead flow and ensure data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and the wider martech stack. • Implement A/B testing and audience personalization to improve engagement and performance. • Maintain and evolve lead scoring models to improve sales and marketing alignment. • Monitor campaign performance to produce actionable insights and scaling recommendations. • Support martech evolution by evaluating new tools and process improvements.
