Frequently asked questions

What are fully remote jobs?
Fully remote jobs are employments, where you are not required to go to the office at any time. Sure, there will be optional in-person meetings, team events or compliance work done in person, but the core of your work can be done outside of an office.
Do fully remote jobs require specific time zone availability?
It depends highly on the company. Some companies require you to be available during certain hours or expect you to work in certain time zones, whereas others are proudly asynchronous and allow you to work "whenever" you want.
Are fully remote jobs suitable for entry-level candidates?
Out of experience, not really. Since entry-level candidates need more guidance and supervision at first, fully remote companies tend to prefer more experienced candidates that can handle ambiguity, work independently and take on more responsibility.
