📋 Job Requirements

• Have significant experience leading creative teams within high-growth technology companies. • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic brand thinking and exceptional creative execution. • Have experience evolving or repositioning a brand as a company and product expands. • Have strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across teams. • Have deep creative craft across design, copy, motion, or production, with the ability to mentor creative talent. • Have experience building scalable brand systems, creative processes, and operational frameworks. • Have a strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative supports acquisition and conversion. • Be fluent with modern creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows. • Be able to operate at both strategic and executional levels, translating complex ideas into clear brand storytelling.
