About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own and resolve complex IT infrastructure incidents and service requests across a modern SaaS stack. • Administer and improve core platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, HiBob, Torii, Jira Service Management, and 1Password. • Design and implement automations for onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device management workflows. • Strengthen asset and licence management data quality across Torii, Jamf, Intune, and Firstbase. • Create clear, AI-consumable documentation in Notion including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and architectural context. • Partner with Security, People, Finance, Product Operations, and R&D to improve tooling and support scalable internal operations. • Identify opportunities to reduce toil and introduce safe AI-assisted workflows in IT.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have several years of experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, Systems Engineering, or a similar hands-on role at a SaaS or technology company. • Have strong experience with identity and access management, ideally Okta administration. • Have strong experience with device management and endpoint operations across macOS and Windows, ideally using Jamf and Intune. • Have experience administering a broad SaaS environment and owning internal systems beyond frontline support. • Have solid ITSM foundations covering incident, request, change, and problem management. • Have experience with service desk and service management platforms, ideally Jira Service Management. • Have strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, applications, and corporate infrastructure. • Have experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, APIs, webhooks, or low-code tooling. • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bring a high level of ownership, good judgement, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have advanced Atlassian or Jira Service Management experience including workflow design, asset schemas, or service operations optimisation. • Have experience with HRIS-to-IT integrations such as HiBob to Okta and broader user lifecycle design. • Have experience improving documentation systems and knowledge frameworks in tools like Notion. • Have scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation, reporting, or systems integration.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for IT Support and help ensure SLOs and OLAs are met. • Maintain and improve core internal platforms across identity, endpoint, productivity, and service management. • Design automations for IT workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and access management. • Improve the IT service management foundation including workflows, SLAs, asset data quality, and knowledge management. • Contribute to IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and systems changes with a focus on low-risk execution. • Assess risk and improve tooling in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. • Shape how IT supports the company's move toward more AI-enabled productivity.
