Agentic Engineer

• Architect and build AI-powered products end to end. • Build, deploy, and maintain subagents, improving agentic effectiveness and designing workflows that scale with agents. • Own features from ideation through architecture, implementation, and shipping. • Backcast from product outcomes and build solutions collaboratively, sharing knowledge openly and elevating peers. • Contribute to core strategic initiatives including the Agentic Legal Framework, Knowledge Intelligence Platform, and AIOps evolution. • Design AI-first technical systems from first principles using design patterns deliberately and architecting scalable Node.js systems.
