Agentic Engineer

• Build AI-powered products end-to-end at a truly AI-first company, designing systems and orchestrating agents rather than writing most code by hand. • Architect and ship features across the full stack using Node.js, taking ownership from ideation through to production. • Manage and maintain a fleet of AI subagents, improving their effectiveness and designing workflows that scale. • Contribute to two core strategic initiatives: the Agentic Legal Framework and the Knowledge Intelligence Platform. • Work fully remotely from anywhere.

• Bring strong Node.js experience with either backend-heavy or full-stack capability. • Demonstrate strong technical design skills and a deep understanding of design patterns. • Bring hands-on experience experimenting with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GPT Codex-based workflows. • Think in systems and apply systems-thinking to architecture and technical decisions. • Work autonomously, move fast, and create clarity without waiting for detailed specs.

• Bring experience building, deploying, or maintaining AI agents or multi-agent systems. • Bring prior exposure to legal tech, compliance, or document automation products. • Show an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of shipping end-to-end features with ownership. • Bring experience contributing to AIOps workflows or internal developer tooling. • Demonstrate a habit of backcasting from product outcomes before writing code.

• Design AI-first technical systems from first principles, applying design patterns deliberately and architecting scalable Node.js backends. • Build, deploy and maintain subagents, improving their agentic effectiveness and designing workflows that scale with agent fleets. • Own features end-to-end from ideation through architecture, implementation and shipping, working across frontend and backend as needed. • Backcast from product outcomes, share knowledge openly, and elevate peers through collaborative design. • Contribute to core initiatives including the Agentic Legal Framework, the Knowledge Intelligence Platform, and AIOps evolution.
