Senior Product Manager, Analytics

• Lead the transformation of Typeform's reporting and analytics experience, turning data into a true market differentiator. • Own the strategy and execution of AI-first analytics capabilities that deliver clear, actionable insights. • Help Typeform move beyond feature-parity competitors with a smarter, faster reporting experience. • Partner with Data Science to land foundational Copilot capabilities that scale to millions of responses. • Fully remote, hireable from the UK, US, or several European countries.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with near-term results. • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Data Science, Legal, and Engineering. • Confident communicator with commercial fluency when interacting with leadership and enterprise customers. • Deep product knowledge in analytics, data visualisation, and reporting, especially for SaaS or B2B. • Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled product development and user-facing intelligence features. • Experience working with large-scale data infrastructure such as ClickHouse or other columnar databases. • High data literacy with the ability to influence roadmap through evidence and insight. • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded product workstreams.

• Strong track record building or buying advanced reporting and analytics tools. • Experience in survey tooling or working with flexible, unstructured response data. • Hands-on experience delivering modern AI-powered product features.

• Lead the delivery of a best-in-class reporting suite, including a redesigned summary page, filtering, and advanced visualisations. • Define and ship the MVP for Typeform's next-gen Narrative Intelligence and "AI Copilot for Insights" experience. • Partner with Data Science to land foundational Copilot capabilities that scale to millions of responses. • Set and drive a focused roadmap that combines quick wins with long-term innovation. • Consolidate onboarding learnings, customer insights, and market context to guide product decisions. • Improve key metrics like usage rates, satisfaction scores, and activation across reporting features. • Build strong internal alignment and communicate product value clearly to Sales, CS, and GTM teams. • Help Sales and CS articulate differentiated analytics value to customers to ensure commercial success.
