Product Manager, EMEA

• Become the first dedicated Product Manager for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), defining and driving a multi-year regional strategy. • Serve as the key point of contact for all things product across the region — from onboarding and payments to localised experiences and content partnerships. • Help unlock Canva's full potential across EMEA by making the product feel truly local across language, onboarding, and payment experiences. • Bridge global and local — embedding regional priorities into company-wide roadmaps while shaping global products with regional insight. • Based at Canva's London campus in Hoxton Square, Shoreditch, with flexibility in how and where you work.

• Proven product management experience, including owning product strategy and working in cross-functional teams. • Has shipped products in European markets — ideally Africa, MENAP, Türkiye, Germany, Poland, and/or Czechia — with an understanding of the cultural, commercial, and user dynamics involved. • Strong communicator and cross-functional leader who builds deep relationships and alignment across global teams. • Combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable jumping into the detail when needed. • Thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving hard problems, and approaches decisions from first principles. • Deeply curious about user behaviours, friction, and delight across diverse audiences. • Experience in both B2C and B2B environments with a proven ability to drive user engagement and growth.

• Direct experience launching or localising products specifically in Africa, MENAP, Türkiye, Germany, Poland, or Czechia. • Background in driving market entry strategies for new or emerging regions. • Experience partnering closely with Payments, Growth, Marketing, or Content teams on localisation initiatives.

• Own and drive the EMEA product roadmap, setting a multi-year vision across language, onboarding, payment experiences, and content. • Identify high-impact, market-specific product initiatives by working closely with in-region teams and combining qualitative and quantitative insight. • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Content to align EMEA priorities with global initiatives and amplify regional wins company-wide. • Act as the key connector between EMEA market needs and global product teams, embedding regional priorities into company-wide roadmaps. • Champion user-first localisation by sharing regional insights that inspire empathetic product design across Canva. • Drive entry plans into emerging EMEA markets, aligning product readiness and localisation with go-to-market execution.
