• Drive product strategy and execution for Pexels — one of the largest and fastest-growing creative communities in the world. • Help millions of creators easily source the photography and video content they need to build beautiful designs. • Take ideas from 0 to execution in a complex, fast-moving environment. • Collaborate with leadership to bring user insights and data into company and product strategy. • Based at Canva's London campus in Hoxton Square, Shoreditch, with flexibility in how and where you work.

• Experience in product management with a history of building products end-to-end, from problem definition and prioritisation through to launch and iteration. • Passionate about delightful, simple UX and committed to excellence over mediocrity. • Comfortable embracing AI for automation, prototyping, report generation, and data analysis. • Data-informed, with experience running different types of experiments and making decisions from qualitative and quantitative inputs. • Enjoys ownership of functions critical to the product and knows how to rally people around a shared vision. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineers, Data Analysts, Community, and Marketing. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with regular involvement working alongside founders.

• Experience working on products or experiences related to content, community, or marketplaces. • Understanding of SEO, from traffic acquisition through to search quality and user value.

• Coordinate teams to deliver on the product roadmap, diving into initiatives directly where required. • Support the planning process and coordinate a cross-functional team to maintain product and engineering output. • Collaborate with the leadership team to bring insights into company and product strategy. • Own initiatives end to end — from discovery through delivery, go-to-market, and iteration. • Use AI-powered data analysis to understand the why behind user behaviour and build solutions that solve real problems.
