Lead Product Manager, Growth

• Own Typeform's onboarding, retention, and engagement strategy end to end as Lead Product Manager. • Sit at the intersection of Product and Marketing, bringing focus and coordination to one of the highest-impact growth areas. • Lead a small team of Product Managers while partnering with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering to drive measurable outcomes. • Thrive in fast-moving environments, bringing clarity to ambiguity and aligning teams around execution. • Fully remote, hireable from the UK, US, or several European countries.

• Strong PLG experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through optimisation. • Clear track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives. • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and analysing experiment outcomes. • High data fluency, with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform decision-making. • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex problems for different audiences. • Experience leading and developing Product Managers with a coaching mindset. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority. • Comfortable operating at the intersection of Product and Marketing. • Operationally strong, highly organised, and outcome-focused with a bias toward action.

• Experience leading growth initiatives specifically within a product-led growth (PLG) SaaS company. • Background partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing or PMM teams on shared KPIs. • Experience scaling a growth function or team as a company matures.

• Own and evolve the product-led growth strategy across onboarding, retention, and engagement. • Define and drive a measurable roadmap focused on activation, user adoption, and long-term retention. • Align stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering. • Lead and coach one to two Product Managers working across growth initiatives. • Partner with Data teams to identify friction points, opportunities, and key behavioural insights. • Collaborate with Marketing and PMM on shared initiatives, messaging, and KPIs. • Design, run, and evaluate experiments to validate and optimise growth initiatives. • Drive accountability, prioritisation, and execution discipline across the roadmap. • Act as the go-to product leader for growth initiatives across the business.
